During your complimentary project vision call, we delve into your inspirations for the space. Considering your home’s layout, the provided pictures, and your vision, we explore the potential of your new outdoor haven, providing a rough estimate. Using our wealth of experience and your connection to your home, our aim is for you to leave the vision call with newfound clarity.
STEP TWO
THE IN-PERSON CONSULTATION
This isn’t your typical sales-driven consultation. We don’t overload our schedules or focus solely on numbers. Our pride lies in a consultative process where your vision takes center stage. We deliberately limit the number of clients each week to ensure every consultation receives the attention it deserves. Post-consultation, you’ll receive a project estimate. This is a firm number that only changes with design changes or unforeseen problems that appear during construction.
Each in-person consultation is design-focused. Our expert collaborates with you, considering both budget and functionality, to explore the many possibilities for your space. We strive to prevent your outdoor living space from feeling like an afterthought, working with you to find a design that fits your home.
STEP 3
COMMITTING TO THE DREAM
As you start investing in your home, you commit to creating a space that deepens connections with your loved ones. Your outdoor sanctuary, ready for hosting and relaxing, awaits right behind your backdoor.
Upon signing the service agreement, your initial payment secures your spot in our schedule. Collaborative efforts begin with your custom design, ensuring transparency and eliminating surprises in the aesthetic of your space. After design approval, the process moves to obtaining HOA approval and permits, paving the way for construction.
STEP FOUR
CRAFTING THE DREAM
An introduction from our master carpenter, your dedicated contact throughout the project, marks the commencement of turning your dream into a reality. We take pride in fostering a strong relationship between homeowner and builder.
Transparency is crucial, which is why you can expect excellent communication with the Oasis Outdoor Living Team. Access to our experienced master carpenter guarantees routine updates throughout the project timeline. We also make sure to clean up the job site at the end of every day.
We value feedback, and we’re open and ready to receive any input for an improved experience.
